FA-OC-GYTY53-96, GYTY53 Outdoor Optical Fiber Cable With Stranded Loose Tube, with One Layer Armour and Two Layers PE Sheath(Jacket), with single steel wire central strength member, 96 Fibers

250μm coated fibers are positioned into loose tube made of a high modulus plastic. The tubes are filled with jelly which can provide barrier and protection for the fibers. A steel wire locates in the center of core as metallic strengthen member. Loose tubes (and fillers) are stranded around the strength member into a compact and circular cable core. The cable core is filled with the filling compound to protect it from water ingress, outside the cable core, a thin PE inner sheath is applied and after the PSP (double-side plastic coated steel tape) longitudinally added outside the inner sheath, the cable is completed with a PE outer sheath.

The cable is with good mechanical and temperature performance;

The loose tube material has good water resistance and high strength;

Special protection measures are used to protect the optical fiber;

Good resistance to crush and with excellent flexibility;

GYTY53 fiber optic cable adopts the following measures to ensure the waterproof performance of the cable:

1, Single steel wire central reinforced core;

2, filling special waterproof compound in each loose tube;

3, Full cable core filling;

4, Double coated steel tape (PSP) to improve the anti moisture penetration ability;

4, Good water blocking material to prevent longitudinal seepage of optical cable.

Storage and operating temperature : -40℃ to + 70℃.
