Non-metal FRP strength member in the middle of the cable, PBT loose tube or possible filler around the strength member, colored fiber and filling compound inside the loose tube, gel or filling compound around the loose tube, waterproof tape ( water barrier ) around the stranded loose tube and the PE jacket wrap the waterproof blocking tape.
