Production Flow Of Fiber PLC Splitter

There are two production flows for fiber optic plc splitter . The first flow is to prepare the fiber array . When fiber , V-groove and cover are ready , the first step is to assembly them together , fill UV glue , cure and clean the extra glue then heating in order to form the fiber array , when the assembly is finished , it will come into Temperature Cycling Test , semi product test , polishing and final test . The second flow is to assembly the PLC chip and pigtail with the fiber array . It also need to repeat the previous procedures like fill UV glue , cure , clean , heating , TC cycle and test . Fiberall have detailed and clear operation instruction for all procedures which was posted on each workplace so that the operator can check any time .
