The traditional CATV uses coaxial cable which can realize two-way and multi-channel communication, it using analog transmission and it is a simulation network. But the new CATV system transmits signals via fiber (Optical Fiber), instead of using a coaxial cable, the wavelength of fiber light wave is shorter than wavelength the high frequency radio wave, so to transmit signals via fiber will increase the transmission capacity greatly and it also can achieve high fidelity. The use of optical fiber will speed up the development of CATV and make it go further. CATV offers prospect of sitting at home to press the TV button then the stock market, department stores, etc. can be seen at a glance. Fiberall provides CATV function in some types of ONU and it will bring more comprehensive experience to users.
Fiberall provide many options for this type: you can choose 10/100M ports or 10/100/1000M ports, you can choose the one with CATV or the one without CATV (FA-EONU8033D ) , and you can choose the one with both frequency radio CATV and fiber CATV or the one only with frequency radio CATV.
